As a Pre Sales / Sales Associate with proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, having knowledge in the telematics industry in Mexico, your main objective will be to support the sales team in driving revenue growth by effectively engaging with customers in the Mexican market. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, demonstrating the value of telematics solutions, and building strong relationships to secure new business opportunities. This position requires exceptional communication skills, technical knowledge of telematics, and a customer-centric mindset, with a deep understanding of the Mexican market.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers in the Mexican market, both remotely and through direct communication channels such as phone calls and webinars.
- Demonstrate the value and capabilities of telematics solutions to address customer needs, providing customized product demonstrations tailored to the Mexican market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of telematics solutions in Mexico.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in Mexico, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the telematics industry in Mexico.
- Collaborate with the UAE support team to provide feedback on customer requirements and market demands in Mexico.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences in Mexico to represent the company and network with potential customers specific to the Mexican market.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (both written and verbal).
- Previous experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the telematics industry in Mexico.
- Strong understanding of the Mexican market, including business practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address customer pain points effectively.
- Willingness to travel within Mexico for customer meetings and industry events, as required.

What you’ll deliver
Deliver against all business sales revenue and profit targets for telematics products
- Support the Sales Manager in sales plan, market insights, targets and sales performance so that profitability, growth and revenue targets are met or exceeded
- Manage all incoming leads through practicing consultative and assumptive selling techniques
- Support in implementing the sales strategies to target tracking and telematics opportunities
- Work closely with credit and collections team to minimize debt and fraud
- Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers in a position to understand service requirements
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.

- Maintain and submit a renewals tracker of all existing accounts on a monthly basis
- Attend all assigned online and class room based trainings on periodical basis
- Prepare and present periodical sales report on the sales activities conducted to the Sales Manager
- Timely record of sales meeting and updates in ERP
Enhanced Customer Orientation
- Build strong and effective account management relationships with clients by implementing best account management practices.
- Support in developing and implementing customer retention plans
- Maintain a retention rate of a minimum of 75% on all existing accounts
- To work closely with all internal departments to deliver the goal of total customer satisfaction.
