| Job Summary |
| We need a hands-on operations professional to keep stock accurate, orders moving and delivery on schedule, and to make the way we work faster and more reliable every quarter. |
| Key Responsibilities |
- Stock management: own receiving, put-away, issuing, transfers and returns; run cycle counts and stock takes; investigate and close variances; keep ERP records accurate and up to date.
- Daily operations: coordinate orders, dispatch and deliveries with sales, procurement, projects and finance; manage suppliers and logistics partners; track jobs end to end and clear blockers.
- Continuous improvement: map workflows, remove delays and rework, write and maintain SOPs, and use data to measure the impact of every change.
- Reporting and compliance: produce weekly and monthly reports on stock accuracy and order status; keep audit trails, approvals and HSE standards in order

| Requirements |
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering or a related field.
- 4-6+ years of operations experience, including hands-on stock or inventory management and prior experienceleading or mentoring others.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP or inventory systems; advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
- A proven record of process improvement, with clear examples of measurable results (Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen exposure is a plus).
- Willing and able to work long hours and flexible shifts when the business needs it.
- Fluent English; Arabic and a valid UAE driving licence are advantages.
