We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager (Mid-Level) to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing cross-functional teams, delivering software solutions on time, and working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable project plans.
You should have a strong grasp of project management methodologies, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and excellent communication skills. Experience with ready-to-use templates, processes, and reporting formats is a strong advantage.

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities |
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple software projects concurrently.
- Be the frontline of the company when communicating with clients with ongoing projects
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports using standard PM tools and templates.
- Coordinate cross-functional team efforts across design, development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Track progress against milestones, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate agile/scrum ceremonies or manage waterfall phases as appropriate for the project.
- Ensure clear documentation, from requirements gathering to post-implementation review.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices, tools, and templates.
- Do some Account Management during the free time, to see how clients can better utilize our platforms, and to potentially upsell some features to clients.

Desired Skills, Qualifications & Experience |
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- 2–6 years of project management experience in software/IT projects.
- Strong working knowledge of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).
- Proven experience delivering projects involving web/mobile apps, APIs, databases, or cloud solutions.
- Skilled in using tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar.
- Comfortable working with project documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Google Docs, Excel templates).
- Experience preparing and presenting reports, dashboards, and timelines to clients or management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
